4th of July Parfaits

PROTEIN: 1 GRAM
CARBS: 17 GRAMS
INGREDIENTS
1 box vegan vanilla pudding ( I like this one from whole foods )
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
8 oz strawberries sliced
8 oz blueberries
Almond milk whipped cream or any other dairy free whipped cream (Found in regular grocery store)
*I use these 8oz mason jars to serve these in
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Make the pudding according to package directions, using the almond milk.
2). Wash and slice strawberries and place ¼ cup in the bottom of each jar.
3). When the pudding is ready, add ¼ cup or more to the top of the strawberries.
4). Then add a layer of blueberries and top with some dairy free whipped cream. Enjoy a Fourth of July spread with Vegan Potato Salad, Vegan Baked Beans, Coleslaw, and Vegan Hot Dogs…
