INGREDIENTS
½ cup raw cashews
1 cup plain unsweetened soy milk
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 ¼ tsp salt or to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
6 tbsp bbq sauce of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Place all ingredients in a small blender attachment.
2). Blend until smooth and creamy, transfer to a small glass container with a lid.
3). Adjust any seasonings to taste. This goes great on the BBQ Salad.
NOTES
*Soy milk makes this dressing thick and creamy. If you use a different type of plant milk just know it will change the consistency and likely be more runny.
*For nut allergies sub hemp heart seeds for the cashews
