INGREDIENTS
2 slices ezekiel bread toasted, or vegan gluten free bread (product resource page)
½ cup Eggless Egg Salad
½ cucumber, sliced
4 Romaine lettuce leafs
½ cup microgreens or sprouts
¼ avocado (25 g), optional
INSTRUCTIONS
1). To make the sammy, toast your bread then spread with the “Eggless Egg Salad”. Then add your other toppings and enjoy!
NOTES
My little one enjoys this sammy with a little lettuce on it and it makes a great school lunch sandwich!
