4 cups spring greens
½ cucumber, julienned (affiliate link)
1 carrot, julienned
1 green onion sliced

½ cup fresh sliced mango
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 cups rice, steamed
¼ small avocado (optional)
Dressing:
2 tbsp Teriyaki Coconut Aminos (affiliate links) or
1 tbsp Seasoned rice vinegar and 1tbsp low sodium soy sauce
