NUTRITIONAL INFO PER 1 CUP OF YOGURT (Not including granola and berries)

INGREDIENTS
1- 24 oz container of coconut yogurt (plain and unsweetened)
2-4 tbsp maple syrup or stevia, just sweeten to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 cups Coconut almond granola
Berries of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Add the maple syrup and vanilla to the yogurt and stir to mix.
2). Adjust the maple syrup until it is sweet enough to enjoy but not overly sweet.
3). Spoon 1 cup of yogurt into a cup or small bowl and top with the coconut almond granola and your child’s favorite fruit.
Makes 4 -1 cup servings
NOTES
Pro Mommy Tip:
Play with different extracts to flavor the yogurt like lemon extract or orange extract, even coconut extract!! You can even add pureed strawberries to make it a strawberry yogurt as well.
