Vanilla Oat Waffles (GF)

INGREDIENTS
2 cups oats
2 ripe bananas
2 tbsp flaxseed
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1.5 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2). Allow the batter to sit for 2-3 minutes to allow it to thicken.
3). Pour batter into heated waffle iron that has been lightly sprayed with oil to avoid waffles sticking.
4). Keep the waffle iron lid down for 5-8 minutes to allow the waffles to cook through thoroughly.
Makes 8-10 waffles

Kiki these are good. I was skeptical at first, I was afraid the banana would be to strong for our liking but…… Mom tested Kid approved. My girls have voted this the new go to for waffels. And super easy. Thank you.
These are really good. I replaced the water with Almond milk. They were sweet enough I ate plain.
