Buffalo Chickpea Dip

INGREDIENTS
1- 15 oz can chickpeas drained and rinsed
3 tbsp vegan buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp vegan ranch
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Drain and rinse the chickpeas and add them to a bowl. Using a fork or your hands, mash the chickpeas until they are mostly mashed but still have a good chunky texture.
2). Add the 3 tbsp wing sauce and stir to mix well. You can top with vegan ranch if you would like.
This is delicious in the Buffalo Chickpea Salad Wrap, and salad plus goes great with veggies as a dip!
