Apple Cobbler Oats

INGREDIENTS
½ cup rolled oats
1 medium apple, diced
⅛ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla
1 ¼ cup water
¾ cup riced cauliflower, fresh or frozen (optional, this adds bulk and nutrition and you can’t taste it!)
¼ cup Weight Loss Friendly Granola
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1). In a medium saucepan add all of your ingredients except for the granola.
2). Cook the oatmeal for 5 minutes then transfer to a bowl.
3). Top with the granola and the optional drizzle of maple syrup.
