Easy Hash Brown Patties

INGREDIENTS
1- 16 oz bag frozen hash browns
2 tbsp tapioca flour (also called tapioca starch)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Garlic salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Preheat the oven or air fryer to 425.
2). In a medium sized bowl combine the hash browns, tapioca flour, garlic and onion powder and mix well.
3). Then place inside a pot with a steaming basket and steam for 3-5 minutes.
4). After the hash browns have been steamed, pour them back into the bowl and let them cool for 5-10 minutes until they are cool enough to handle.
5). Once they are cool enough to handle, wet your hands with water so the hashbrowns don’t stick to you. Form medium sized patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake or air fry for 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
6). Once they are done you may season them with garlic salt to taste.
