Easy Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream

CARBS: 24 GRAMS
INGREDIENTS
4 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
5 tbsp almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Place the frozen banana slices in a food processor or high speed blender.
2). Add the vanilla extract and process or blend until it is broken up, then while it is still blending, add the almond milk 1 tbsp at a time. You may need more or less, you just want the bananas to blend together into a nice thick, creamy, ice cream.
3). Enjoy topped with some of my Weight Loss Friendly Granola or over my Caramel Baked Apples.
