Gluten Free Tortillas

INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cup white rice flour
¾ cup tapioca flour (also sold as tapioca starch)
½ tsp salt
¼-½ tsp garlic powder
2 – 2 ¼ cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Heat a nonstick pan to medium high heat.
2). In a medium sized bowl add all of the dry ingredients then slowly whisk the water in so you don’t have any clumps.
3). Depending on how thin you want the tortillas, add 2 or 2 ¼ cups of water.
4). Using a ⅓ cup measuring cup, scoop out the batter and pour it onto the hot griddle in the shape of a tortilla.
5). Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes before flipping it and cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
6). Store with parchment paper in between each tortilla to avoid sticking. To reheat just throw them onto a hot nonstick griddle and they will become soft again after being in the refrigerator.
