Leftover Thanksgiving Sammy

INGREDIENTS
2 slices sprouted whole grain bread or gluten free bread
½ cup Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3-4 Maple Mustard Roasted Brussel Sprouts, halved
¼ cup Shallot Sage Gravy
¼ cup cranberry sauce, canned or homemade
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Toast your bread. While your bread is toasting, reheat the mashed potatoes, gravy, and brussel sprouts.
2). Once the bread is toasted, smear one slice with mashed potatoes, then smear the other slice with the cranberry sauce.
3). Place roasted brussel sprouts on top of the mashed potatoes and drizzle with gravy and enjoy!
