1 cup of steamed rice (white or brown)
½ cup pinto or black beans
¼ cup canned corn, drained
1 tbsp minced red onion
¼ cup jarred salsa or homemade pico
Chopped cilantro (optional)
Squeeze of lime
Garlic salt (optional)
¼ cup of cheese sauce
2 cups of spring greens or lettuce of your choice
¼ small avocado (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
