Easy Vegan Macaroni and Cheese

NUTRITIONAL INFO PER 1 CUP OF COOKED MACARONI WITH 1/4 CUP OF CHEESE SAUCE (with cashews)

FAT: 2.6 GRAMS
PROTEIN: 12 GRAMS
CARBS: 61 GRAMS
INGREDIENTS
1 -12oz box of Macaroni or GF Macaroni (about 4.5 cups)
Garlic Salt to taste
Vegan Cheese Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Cook pasta in boiling water until done.
2). Drain and serve yourself 1 cup of the cooked pasta. Add hot cheese sauce and season with Garlic salt or salt and pepper.
NOTES
*To lower the calories further make the fat free version of the Vegan Cheese Sauce.
