INGREDIENTS
2 cups rolled oats
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups water
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Let sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
2). Heat a nonstick pan to medium high heat. If your pan sticks you might need to lightly spray it before pouring batter on.
3). Pour some batter to form pancakes the size you choose.
4). Cook until they begin to brown on the bottom and the top is no longer runny.
5). Flip and cook an additional minute or two. I enjoy these with some fruit on top.
