Cilantro Curry Hummus

INGREDIENTS
1- 13 oz can cannellini beans or white beans of your choice
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ – 1 tsp curry powder (depending on how strong you like the flavor)
¼ tsp salt or to taste
¼ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro (optional, can use parsley)
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Place all ingredients except for the cilantro, into a small food processor or small blender attachment.
2). Blend until smooth then stir in the cilantro or parsley if you don’t like cilantro.
3). Try this in the Curry Hummus Sammy for a delicious veggie filled sandwich.

When making your hummus, do we drain and rinse the beans or do we use the aquafaba in the recipe and dump the whole can into the blender?
