This is the best recipe, Kiki! It’s so easy and I make the whole thing in my mixer with the dough hook attachment. We always eat a 50/50 plate, but on Fridays we put pizza with lots of veggies in the mix!

I wish people who post bread recipes would include instructions for people who don’t own fancy mixers. I don’t have room for one in my kitchen so I have to make bread the old fashioned way.

I don’t have a mixer either – but it came out really good anyway. I just mixed all the ingreds by hand, then set my timer for 10 minutes, and kneaded it slowly while I talked to my hubby. Then just do like any pizza. Roll it out, put on your toppings and bake for 10 to 20 minutes. It comes out best if you pre-cook the pizza without the toppings first, like she recommends.

I made donuts with this base recipe. Added some brown sugar and cinnamon to the dough instead of . I will leave out sugar next time. “Fried” in air fryer then topped with Kiki’s donut glaze recipe. Kids loved it. Now I’m going to try bagels!!
