Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower chopped
turmeric
garlic salt
caraway seeds
vegetable broth or lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Preheat the oven to 425°.
2). Place chopped cauliflower on a parchment lined baking sheet then toss with a little vegetable broth or lemon juice to help seasonings stick.
3). Season generously with turmeric powder, garlic salt, and caraway seeds.
4). Roast for 20-30 minutes or until cauliflower is crispy
