Just made this granola, and ate it with some blueberries and strawberries… delicious. This may be my go to breakfast…. It’s so easy !
Great recipe!! I used what I had on hand — four cups extra thick rolled oats and coconut extract instead of the almond…. So DELISH!
I have made this several times, so simple and so good. Thank you!
What style of oats do you use? Quick or old fashioned? I always avoid recipes that don’t specify and I am tired of losing out!! Please specify as it would make it so much easier for those of us who don’t experiment very often!!! I can’t wait to try this!
To make granola, always use old fashion oats. Quick oats does not work when it comes to making granola.
For portability I made this into granola bars by adding water to the mix and pressing it firmly into a silicone baking pan. Perfect!
Amazingly wonderful! I made it just like the recipe ~ except ~ I added some unsweetened coconut shreds! It took it to the next level for sure!! Love this! Glad it’s not a huge batch as it’s just me eating it. Thank you for your amazing recipes, Kiki!!
Delicious! I added 1 extra cup of oats, a little less maple syrup to make it less sweet for evening snacking, and baked 10 minutes more to make super dooper crunchy. This is a delicious with fruit and plain! I did not have the coconut yogurt so used a splash of almond milk. This is just what I needed, thank you!
I love the almond extract in this! This got really crunchy it is delicious. I only needed 15 mins. Thanks Kiki!
This is a great base for granola bars……I added some cinnamon!! Cook time for me was 10 minutes total. Thanks for the awesome recipe Kiki!!! :)
Super excited to try this! I’m wondering if I can double the vanilla in replacement of the almond extract?
It would still taste amazing!
