INGREDIENTS
1/3 -½ cup dried oats (cook according to package directions)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ -1 banana mashed
½ -1 apple diced
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 walnut chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Mash banana with cinnamon and vanilla, then add to cooked oatmeal along with chopped apple.
2). Top with chopped walnut and enjoy!! Don’t forget to have an equal sized bowl of veggies and always eat your veggies first.

I made this was DEEEEEEELISH!!! Confused though will the Green Goddess Smoothie suffice for the veg part? Yes, I know Veg first but I am dyslexic….ahaha (Kidding not making fun of anyone.)

Made this for breakfast today! The mashed banana does an excellent job of filling in for brown sugar! Kept me full all morning long.
