- 1/3 -½ cup dried oats (cook according to package directions)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ -1 banana mashed
- ½ -1 apple diced
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 walnut chopped
Mash banana with cinnamon and vanilla, then add to cooked oatmeal along with chopped apple. Top with chopped walnut and enjoy!! Don’t forget to have an equal sized bowl of veggies and always eat your veggies first.
