Hi Kiki,
I love your shows. I’ve learned so much from you and I only started the program a week ago.
I’m a bit confused about how I use bread in the program I probably won’t be making the bread, I’m 80 years old and use short cuts when I can.. I heard Ezekiel bread but you may have another one you would recommend. And also how do I work the bread into my menus.
Thank you for your help . You are a true inspiration.
Sincerely,

Can the nuts be replaced with beans or something else?
Made these tonight! So good! Love the chipotle lime cream, made a double batch. Can’t seem to find Kelp granules (live in a rural area), but will keep hunting and I’m sure they will make this even better (though hard to imagine).
Wendy,
I got my kelp granules off of Amazon. Very well priced and highly recommended.
