• 1 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp coconut extract (optional) 
  • pinch of ginger, fresh or powdered


Prepare peanut butter according to package directions then mix in the remaining ingredients. Enjoy as a dressing for salad, or over vegetables and rice.


Makes 1 Serving.
