INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 ripe banana sliced
4 Strawberries sliced
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Cook the quinoa according to package directions.
2). Once the quinoa is done cooking, place one cup of it in a bowl, add the vanilla extract and almond milk, stir to mix.
3). Then top with sliced strawberries and bananas. You may add a dash of cinnamon if you would like.
