• 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 ripe banana sliced
  • 4 Strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)


Cook the quinoa according to package directions. Once the quinoa is done cooking, place one cup of it in a bowl, add the vanilla extract and almond milk, stir to mix.  Then top with sliced strawberries and bananas.  You may add a dash of cinnamon if you would like.


Makes 1 serving.
