OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!! Totally going to make these!!! Do you have any suggestions on how one can instead bake vs air frying? Thank you!

I tool the idea of airfrying wontons and ran with it. I nestled the wrapper in silicon cupcake liners and filled them with a mixture of leftovers: curried stir fried green papaya chunks, steamed kale, water chestnuts, lots of garlic, ginger and onion. I pulsed it all in the food processor to a coarse crumble and filled the liners with a heaping tablespoon of filling. Air fryer 360 degrees for 15 minutes. The tops and edges perfectly crispy…the bottoms were done, but not cripsy. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to eat them, I would have unmolded them at ten minutes and finished that last five minutes with no liner so the bottoms crispier. served with homemade sweetchili sauce, hot sweet mustard. yum!
