Oil Free Cilantro Curry Dressing

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp dijon mustard
4 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp lime juice
½ tsp yellow curry powder (more or less depending on how strong of a flavor you like)
1 tbsp cilantro chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1). Combine all ingredients together in a small container with a lid. Add the lid and shake to mix well. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1 week.
*Enjoy on the Mango Chickpea and Curry Salad
