• 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ - 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger or 1/8 tsp ginger powder
  • ¼ tsp fresh minced garlic or 1/8 tsp garlic powder


Combine all ingredients and enjoy on vegetables and rice.


Makes 1 Serving.
