- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ - 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp fresh grated ginger or 1/8 tsp ginger powder
- ¼ tsp fresh minced garlic or 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and enjoy on vegetables and rice.
