1 package Vegan 365 Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
Make pudding according to package directions and place in the fridge to set up. Once the pudding is set up, for a single serving take a ½ cup of the pudding and mix in the 1 tbsp of powdered peanut butter. Mix well, then top with sliced banana and the mini chocolate chips. This amount of pudding can be made into 4 servings, or you can use the leftover pudding to make Vegan Lemon Berry Custard.
