Ingredients:

  • 6-8 cups spring greens
  • 1 cup sliced cucumber
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 pear sliced
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • Chopped walnuts

In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients and serve with dressing of choice
