• ½ cup canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blueberry balsamic vinegar (I like this one...Use Discount code PLANTIFULKIKI)


Place all of the ingredients in a small blender attachment and blend until smooth.


Makes 3-4 servings.

    Hi Kiki,
    I’m from Europe. Do you have a suggestion for a substitution of the blueberry balsamic vinegar? Can’t buy it here. Would love to try this recipe though.
